Going by a tweet posted by @DVCNews (see below), we now have a list of Disney Vacation Club (DVC) refurbishments, starting next year with Aulani.
Revealed at the 2019 DVC condominium meeting, there will be 2 types of refurbishments (listed below):
- Full Refurbishment (Blue)
- Refresh (Green)
What each of those really means we’re not exactly sure, however it would appear Boulder Ridge Villas and Hilton Head will undergo a full refurbishment. Here’s everything you need to know:

2020: Aulani, Disney Vacation Club Villas
2021: The Villas at Disney’s Grand
Floridian Resort & Spa
2022: Disney’s Polynesian Villas
& Bungalows
2022: Disney’s Beach Club Villas
