As you can see in the above video, the guest (allegedly a grandmother) is pulled from the water by two members of her party (man and woman). A Cast Member assisted in the situation.
After being pulled from the water and sat on floor of Dumbo the Flying Elephant’s loading station, the guest was subsequently helped to get up. The moment she fell into the water feature was not filmed.
The incident/video was brought to our attention by a post in the Villains Parking Facebook group by Fred Hazbourn last month.
