Hidden Gym Underneath Revenge of the Mummy at Universal Studios Florida 

According to a post on Reddit, there is a hidden gym for Team Members underneath Revenge of The Mummy at Universal Studios Florida. 

FYI: The information was posted in a thread on the fan-run Universal Orlando Resort community page of the social media platform. 

Approximately 20 hours ago, u/the_oogie_boogie_man started the thread ‘Hidden gym underneath Revenge of the Mummy?’ with the following: 

“I was at Universal Studios last weekend and while riding the Mummy ta the very end of the ride I decided to look off to the side and see if I could see what the inner workings of the ride looked like. 

Well, when I looked down below the track I saw what looked like a bench press bar with weights and a squat rack. Is there some kind of hidden gym for staff [Team Members] underneath the Mummy? Or is Imoteph getting swole?” 

A number of the replies (aka comments) that this thread got confirmed this fascinating fact. You can read a few replies below: 

u/tylersixxfive: “It’s true! Also the original ride track for the kongfrotation ride is still in the building as they where built into the foundation of the building.” 

u/Lazy-Floridian: “One of the techs that work there brought in some of his home gym equipment to use on his lunch. There are several “gyms” un the backlot so that the stunt actors and divers can work out.” 

u/KarateandPopTarts: “True. You get to go under The Mummy on the VIP tour.”
