It’s official! Universal Studios Hollywood has confirmed reservations will be required for guests when Super Nintendo World opens early next year.
In an email sent to Universal Studios Hollywood Platinum Passholders, it explains that the “After 3:00pm Express” benefit will not be valid for Mario Kart: Bowser’s Challenge when it opens in early 2023.

Platinum Passholders will instead have a “one-time reservation-free entry after 3 pm per day” added to their benefits while specifically stating “reservations are required to enter the land.”
The changes to the terms and conditions officially start on the 2nd December, 2022.
At this time, an opening date for Universal Studios Hollywood’s Super Nintendo World hasn’t been announced. So, we don’t know when reservations will open to the general public.
