A man was arrested at Disney’s Hollywood Studios last month after a gun was found in a backpack while going through security.
According to the police report (via Fox 35 Orlando), Nathaniel Franco Freeman voluntarily placed his bag on a security table so it could be inspected by security on the 25th June, 2022.
However, when the 35-year-old man opened a zipper, Freeman took the bag off the table and proceeded to ask the woman he was with if she had taken something out of the bag.
“Did you take it out,” Freeman reportedly asked the woman, according to the police report (via Fox 35 Orlando). Authorities found a 40mm Smith and Wesson handgun, a magazine, and 13 rounds inside the bag.
According to the arrest report (via Fox 35 Orlando), Freeman was arrested for carrying a concealed firearm without the proper permit. Stay tuned for further updates.
