In a continuing series of fights at Walt Disney World, police arrested two drunk guests on a number of charges.

According to WDWNT, the arrest report reads like the “plot of a ‘Jersey Shore’ episode.” Two sisters from New Jersey got into a drunken and “naked” fight at Disney Springs

The women, ages 29 and 31, were on vacation with their family in Orlando. On the night of the altercation, the sisters ate at a steakhouse and seemed to be having a good night at first. The pair then got drinks at an Irish restaurant.

It’s fair to say this is when the problems really began. When they tried to go back to their hotel off Walt Disney World property, they couldn’t as their phone had died. Security helped them call an Uber, however, the driver refused to take them. Why? He was worried that they were too drunk.

The woman argued whilst waiting for a taxi, and this is where their night really took a turn. The older sister called the younger sister a bad mum and slapped her. The younger sister then threatened to punch her in return.

At around 12:40am, Orange County Sheriff’s Office got a “dispatch” about a fight happening at Disney Springs

The younger sister was screaming and crying when they arrived near Cirque du Soleil. According to WDWNT, she was only wearing her underwear and sandals.

“Deputies assisted [her] with putting on a blue jean jacket since she was not wearing any clothing,” According to Orange County Sheriff’s Office report (via WDWNT).

Deputies soon learned the story of what had happened. A Disney security manager witnessed almost everything during the 26th October altercation. The sheriff’s office did not release the report until this week, according to WDWNT.

“Both [women] were screaming at each other. [The security manager] said one [woman] was sitting on a bench while the second [woman] was standing over her. After attempting to calm the situation, [the security manager] said one [woman] slapped the other in the face. At that point, both [women] began punching, slapping, and pulling each other’s hair,” the report said (via WDWNT).

The security manager pulled the two drunk guests apart.

“Once separated, both sisters ran at each other, slipped in [the younger sister’s] vomit, then fell into the bushes while still fighting. [The security manager] stated [the younger sister] ran a few feet away and took off her dress, exposing her breasts. Shortly after, they began to punch each other again. [The security manager] and [another Cast Member who witnessed the fight] were able to separate the two again until the off-duty deputies arrived on the scene.”

According to the report (via WDWNT), Disney did not have video surveillance of the drunken, naked altercation.

When deputies questioned the sister, the report (via WDWNT) said that she only wanted to talk about how she didn’t like the sister’s boyfriend.

The officers arrested the drunk guests for domestic violence, battery, and disorderly intoxication, which are misdemeanor crimes, according to the established outlet. Neither woman sustained injuries.

“They were very intoxicated and endangered the safety of other guests and Cast Members at Disney Springs by physically fighting in a public area.” the report noted (via WDWNT).

Back in November 2021, the state’s attorney office declined to pursue criminal charges. Bother sisters requested the other not to be prosecuted, according to Orange Circuit Court Records (via WDWNT).

PLEASE NOTE: WDWNT initially reported this incident, and was able to get a copy of the Orange County Sheriff’s Office report. We tried our best to get it, however, failed. So we’ve put (via WDWNT) because that’s where we found the information in order to write this article. We wanted to write an article on this incident.
