As with any kind of rumour, this information should be considered unofficial until Universal Orlando Resort officially confirms.
New information sent to Orlando Theme Park Zone directly earlier today suggests that a light version of Halloween Horror Nights at Universal Orlando Resort could potentially be on the cards.
Firstly and supposedly, the light version of the iconic Halloween event will take place on weekends from the 19th September to November.
The park in which this alleged event would take place has not been given, however, we can assume it will be Universal Studios Florida.
Allegedly, there will four haunted houses as part of the event, which are as listed below:
- Beetlejuice – Parade Building
- Universal Monsters – Brides – Soundstage
- Icons Captured – Soundstage
- Tooth Fairy – Soundstage
There will be two mazes per weekend, including alternates, according to the information sent to us. There’s a possibility that a virtual queue system will be in place to meet current social distancing protocols.
On a final note, the information sent to us suggests that all the mazes featured in for lack of a better term, #HHNLite, will return next year.
Stay tuned to Orlando Theme Park Zone for further updates on this developing story. The Halloween Horror Nights rumour mill is buzzing, and we love it!
