These 2 adorable children are definitely in the giving and festive spirit!

The Lake Mary, Florida family hopes to make this a yearly tradition. 2 Lake Mary children brought festive joy to the Characters of Walt Disney World Resort (Walt Disney World).

The idea all began when 5-year-old Vanessa Harmon asked her mom, Candace, if they could give Characters at Walt Disney World presents this Christmas.

The family spent time making and decorating the ornaments before hand-delivering them at the Disney Parks.

Via the family’s Instagram, Disney.Bound.Family, mom Candace said: “My 5 year old daughter wanted to do something nice for the holidays and we came out with making ornaments. We tried to color coordinate to the characters when we could!”  ⠀

Have you done anything special for the characters?? ⠀ ⠀ We have decided to make it a holiday tradition to make something for them every year. My 5 year old daughter wanted to do something nice for the holidays and we came out with making ornaments. We tried to color coordinate to the characters when we could! ⠀ ⠀ It’s a super easy project. We found clear ornaments and stuffed them with glitter and tinsel! Then we took fabric paint and made little Mickey ears on the outsides. ⠀ ⠀ It was really special to watch the kids give the presents! They were so excited! ⠀ ⠀ There were some accidents. Mickey dropped his (it’s plastic so was just fine) and Stitch took the cap off 😆⠀ ⠀ We saw Anna and Elsa last, which was my daughter’s favorite, so she wanted to paint something herself just for them. It was so special how they showed each other their gifts too! ⠀ ⠀ I can’t wait to do this again next year! It’s a memory we won’t forget. ❤💚🎄🎅⠀ ⠀ Christmas costumes from @target⠀ Ornament supplies from @hobbylobby ⠀ ⠀ #christmas #christmas🎄 #merrychristmas #happyholidays #christmastime #christmasgifts #christmastime🎄 #christmas2019 #christmastraditions #christmaspresents #christmasspirit #christmasiscoming #waltdisneyworld #disneychristmas #christmasatdisney #christmasdisney #mickeysverymerrychristmasparty #mvmcp #charactermeetandgreet #abc7eyewitness #disneyfamily #disneykids #disneycosplay #disneybound #disneyaddict #disneygram #disneyside #disneylove #disneyig #disneylife @waltdisneyworld @disneyfamily
