“Disney Security Guard Finds His Happiest Place on Earth; Ends Up Getting Arrested in Prostitution Sting”
A 56-year-old Disney (Walt Disney World Resort) security guard was butt naked when he showed up to a house in Polk County to purchase sex from an undercover deputy, Polk County Sheriff Grady Judd said.
Rodney Davis, of Winter Garden, was arrested for soliciting a prostitute, the Polk County Sheriff said.
“This guy walked up to the front door of this home in a neighbourhood on a cool evening ‘buck naked’,” Judd said.
Video showed how the arrest unfolded. The video was released after a press conference Wednesday during which Judd revealed the arrests of more than 100 during a 6-day investigation called “Operation Santa’s Naughty List”.
A total of 124 people were arrested, 5 of which had the intent to sexually harm a child, Judd said. 53 people were arrested for prostitution and 46 people were arrested for seeking the service of a prostitute.
18 people were arrested on other charges. Judd said seven women who were arrested for prostitution may be the victims of human trafficking.
2 of the women were taken to shelters and introduced to anti-trafficking organisations for assistance and support. Advocates said people selling sex can benefit from their arrest as well. Disney has yet to make an official statement on the matter.
