Orange County deputies arrested a 53-year-old Disney employee accused of raping and molesting a 13-year-old girl, according to court documents. He was arrested last week.
Keith Seitz, who works on Disney cruises for Disney Vacation Club, was arrested on the 25th November after the girl told her mother that Seitz raped her multiple times between 2016 and October 2019 an arrest affidavit said.
The 13-year-old girl accused him of molesting her at his home, beginning when she was 10, according to court records/documents. She said these incidents escalated to Seitz raping her “over 100 times” starting when she was 11.
She told Police Seitz also took photos of her while she was naked and stored them on his phone “for when he’s on the cruise ship”. During the time of the interview, the girls mother told police Seitz was at sea on a cruise scheduled to dock in Miami the next day.
Seitz is facing two (2) counts of sexual battery on a child under 12, two (2) counts of sexual battery on a physically helpless person and one (1) count of lewd or lascivious molestation on a victim under 12. He was taken to the Orange County Jail where he remains without bond.
The 53-year-old was ordered to have no contact with the victim, or children under 18. Cynthia Martinez, director of communications and public affairs for Disney Signature Experiences – including Disney Cruise Line and Disney Vacation Club – said Seitz has been placed on unpaid leave pending the outcome of his charges.
