As of Monday 4th, November 2019 (tomorrow morning), Josh D’Amaro will officially take over as President of the Walt Disney World Resort, according to Mickey Blog.
In this new role, D’Amaro will be responsible for the business of all four of the resort’s theme parks, 28 resort hotels, four golf courses, two full-service spas, a multi-modal transportation system, Disney’s Wedding Pavilion, ESPN Wide World of Sports Complex, and the Disney Springs entertainment-shopping-dining complex.Megan Nugent
D’Amaro previously worked at Walt Disney World as Senior Vice President (VP) overseeing marketing strategy, sales and business development.
Furthermore, he also held the position of Senior VP of resorts and transportation. Not forgetting D’Amaro was also the Vice President of Disney’s Animal Kingdom.
