If you’re a runner and you love Universal Orlando, this weekend is for you! Training starts now! Universal Orlando Resort have announced that they will be hosting their inaugural Running Universal Epic Character Race weekend.
On the 1st and 2nd of February, 2020, Universal Orlando’s FIRST-EVER Running Universal Epic Character Race 5K and 10K will give runners an incredible opportunity to race through Universal Studios Florida and Universal Islands of Adventure, surrounded by some of the most iconic characters in pop culture.
Built on the success of the Running Universal races at Universal Studios Hollywood, participants in this notable race will have the option to run a number of course lengths, 5K and a 10K, through the 2 Universal Orlando theme parks.
Along with earning an “Instagram-worth” medal, runners in each race will have the chance to participate in some unique photo opportunities with their favourite characters along the routes of the race – earn exclusive merchandise to commemorate their experience.
