Beauty and the Beast Inspired Lounge/Bar Named Enchanted Rose; Menu and More Details Revealed


This new lounge will replace Mizner’s Lounge.

Disney have revealed some new details on the Beauty and the Beast lounge/bar coming to Disney’s Grand Floridian Resort and Spa including its name; Enchanted Rose.

Located on the 2nd floor of the lobby, Enchanted Rose will celebrate the magic and romance of Disney’s popular live-action movie.

Featuring four irreplaceable spaces inspired by Belle and Beast, you’ll be able to find charm and elegance around every corner.

The lounge which will include a chandelier inspired by Belle’s iconic ball gown as well as a formal library that will showcase classical baroque designs and French furnishing.

Inspired by the enchanted forest surrounding the case, a garden room will also feature in the lounge/bar. Not forgetting an outdoor patio, which will evoke the romance of Beast’s garden terrace.

Enchanted Rose will feature a scrumptious menu which will have a variety of shareable bits.

Guests will be able to snack on an artisanal cheese selection with pine nut bread and raisins. Guests can also enjoy an exquisite dish of white sturgeon caviar served with egg timbale, crème fraiche, and chives.

In addition guests could try the Mini Smoked Short Rib Sliders with glacier blue cheese and onion marmalade on brioche buns.

Seafood is also on the menu, guests can order the Espelette Pepper-Spiced Shrimp or Octopus a la Plancha with black olives, blistered tomatoes, and fingerling potatoes.

Not forgetting the Crab and Gnocchetti Gratin, which comes with jumbo lump crab, gnocchetti sardi, robiola bosina mornay and citrus breadcrumbs.

Other options include truffle fries and a house-made flatbread pizza featuring charred broccolini, seasonal mushrooms, fennel sausage, ricotta salata and tomato confits.

On the drink menu is a variety of drinks which include cocktails and martinis as well as spirits, beer, cider and even a few non-alcoholic options for guests of all ages. Details on the featured cocktails and non-alcoholic options on the drink menu can be found here.

Enchanted Rose will open this Autumn at Disney’s Grand Floridian Resort & Spa. An exact opening date has yet to be announced, stay tuned to Orlando Theme Park Zone to find out more.
