Permits relating to the upcoming Monsters, Inc. theater show planned for the former Muppet Vision 3D building at Disney’s Hollywood Studios have been filed by Walt Disney Imagineering (WDI).
The first permit lists Jon Richards Company as the assigned contractor. Work is being described as “General Construction.” You can read the permit below:

The second permit lists Solotech as the assigned contractor. Work is being described as “General Construction.” You can read the permit below:
Solotech is a global provider for Audio Visual (AV) system, according to WDWMagic. Solotech specialises in integrated audio, lighting, and environments.
The involvement of Solotech suggests the theater show will rely heavily on multimedia technology. Walt Disney World recently confirmed Monstropolis will feature a “Monsters, Inc.-themed theatrical experience” when it opens at Disney’s Hollywood Studios.
