Watch the moment an Orlando Police Department (OPD) officer tackles a guest in Illumination’s Minion Land at Universal Studios Florida in the video below.
As you can see in the above video, two women and another man were also detained. Universal Orlando Security Officers formed a circle to keep guests out of the situation.
