Fast & Furious – Supercharged at Universal Studios Florida will temporarily close later this summer. The contentious attraction will close in August and will remain closed throughout the entirety of Halloween Horror Nights 33.

According to the Universal Orlando theme park hours calendar, Fast & Furious – Supercharged will be closed from the 19th August, 2024 until the 3rd November, 2024.

According to WDWNT, the attraction closes 11 days before the start date of Halloween Horror Nights (HHN) and is expected to reopen after the event ends. The attraction would be operational during the day but would be closed during HHN, according to the established outlet.

It would appear that Universal Orlando has chosen to close Fast & Furious – Supercharged for three months. According to WDWNT, Universal Orlando has been looking to save money ahead of Universal’s Epic Universe. It’s fair to suggest that not operating the contentious attraction is an easy way to save money.

Back in 2020, Fast & Furious – Supercharged was closed for several weeks due to low attendance. Part of the attraction’s show building has been used for a HHN haunted house.
