Recently uploaded bodycam footage shows the arrest of a recognised fugitive at Disney’s Animal Kingdom. You can watch the arrest unfold in the video below:

Burton had been on the run for nearly a year and Andre had signed the complaint against him in the U.S. District Court for the Southern District of New York. So it’s safe to say he knew what Burton looked like.
An Orange County Sheriff’s Office deputy can be seen walking through the bus service location while communicating with other deputies. He approaches Burton and asks him if he has any identification.
He said he didn’t think he had his identification, which prompted the deputy to ask him what his first name was. Burton grows visibly confused, and then the deputy tells him that they “have word that he might be doing something .”
Burton tells the deputy that he’s done nothing wrong. He repeats this as another deputy restrains Burton’s arms behind his back. The deputy says that he is “the suspect” and mentions a warrant. Burton’s daughter starts to cry as he is handcuffed.
According to WDWNT, Burton was accused of stealing four people’s identities and using their personal information to fraudulently take out government loans. He stole approximately $150,000 in forgivable federal loans intended to help struggling businesses survive at the height of the global Coronavirus (COVID-19) pandemic, according to court documents (via WDWNT).
According to the established outlet, law enforcement first attempted to arrest Burton on the 29th November, 2021, in Brooklyn, New York. However, he wasn’t at home when officers arrived. Burton’s mother said that he would “not be self-surrendering,” according to WDWNT.
Andre saw Burton while at Disney’s Animal Kingdom on the 20th October, 2022, noticing his “distinct neck tattoo,” the letter H was written in cursive. He alerted the Orange County Sheriff’s Office that a fugitive was inside the park, prompting his arrest. It was revealed later that he entered Animal Kingdom using fraudulent identification, according to the established outlet.
