Approximately one day ago, TikTok user @disneydudedudette posted a video which shows one of the animatronics on Frozen Ever After at EPCOT malfunctioning.
You can watch the seven-second video of the Anna animatronic malfunctioning below.

As you can see in the above video, the animatronic’s face is black aka “off”. This suggests to us that the screen that would display Anna’s face was turned off because it wasn’t working at the time.
