According to Inside Universal, Popeye & Bluto’s Bilge-Rat Barges will close on 5th February, 2024. It will remain closed until the 8th March, 2024, according to the established outlet.
It’s highly likely that Popeye & Bluto’s Bilge-Rat Barges will reopen to guests on the 9th March, 2024 (depending on the refurbishment’s outcome). The Toon Lagoon attraction is set to undergo “annual winter maintenance.”, according to Inside Universal.
