Last month, a guest jumped off Gran Fiesta Tour in World Showcase at EPCOT. The incident was caught on camera and posted on TikTok by user @shianne_1995.

According to WDWNT, the guest became aggressive towards the Gran Fiesta Tour Cast Members. Subsequently, she was trespassed/banned from Walt Disney World, according to the established outlet. Let’s delve into the details!
It would appear to us that a several boats had come to a stop in a row just before the World Showcase attraction’s exit, and the guest became impatient to leave. It has been widely reported that she was intoxicated.
At the start of the video (part one), she exited her boat and stumbled along the emergency exit platform at the edge of the water. Cast Members can be heard telling the guest to return to her seat. It’s worth noting that another guest can be seen waving for a Cast Member.
As you can see in the video (part one), other guests “begged” to be let off the boat. However, Cast Members couldn’t safely move the boats forward whilst a guest is standing. The guest out of the boats begins to argue with other guests. It’s worth pointing out that someone off-screen yelled for security.
The same person who mentioned security then yelled, “Ma’am you have 30 seconds, or I’m coming back there, and I’m taking you down,” according to WDWNT. The guest appears to then take the hand of someone in the boat and starts getting back in.
In the second video (part two), the guest can be seen still standing. She says she’s getting off and unhooks a rope clipped to “stanchions” that lead to the unloading area. As the guest continues walking down the emergency exit platform, a Cast Member tells her she can’t leave.
The guest then claims over the rope, around a podium and disappears from view. A Cast Member then tells her she will not be leaving the building.
