As with any kind of rumour, this information should be considered unofficial until Universal Orlando officially confirms.
According to WDWNT, two Gramercy Park food booths at Universal Studios Florida may be demolished and replaced.
Approximately 24 hours ago, the established outlet posted an article which showed the Universal Studios Florida food booths behind construction walls.
As you can see in the below photos, one of the food booths has been removed (“demolition is a little more than a rumour”).

The food stands have “long stood” on both sides of Gramercy Park near The Revenge of the Mummy in the New York section of Universal Studios Florida. One stand offered pizza, while the other one offered popcorn.
According to WDWNT, the stand which offered popcorn has been removed. For the time being, the stand that offered pizza remains in place.
A rumour suggests that once it returns, the pizza stand will serve three different types of calzones:
“Rumor has it that upon return, the pizza stand will serve three different types of calzones made by the same company who makes the pepperoni pizza skulls made famous at Halloween Horror Nights 31.”

Once again, as with any kind of rumour, this information should be considered unofficial until Universal Orlando officially confirms.
