The Lava Pool water slide at Disney’s Polynesian Village Resort will close for refurbishment in January 2023.
The water slide will close on the 3rd January, 2023. At this time, there is no reopening date (stay tuned for further updates). According to Disney, the water slide will reopen in early February.
It’s also worth noting that the lava pool itself will remain open during the refurbishment of the water slide.
