As you can see in the above video, the handcuffed man is surrounded by a number of Orange County Sheriff deputies. Followed by what we can assume is management.  

At this time, it’s unclear why he was arrested. However, we’re trying to find out more information about it as of publishing this article. Stay tuned for further updates.
