Animatronics are incredibly sophisticated pieces of technology and can easily be broken. That being said, it’s important not to touch them…or hit them, especially SLAP them.

Ban them both! Don’t set precedence that this will be allowed or more will follow.
I hope he was found, removed from line and awarded a ban from the park for such immature behavior. The person video taping should have been banned as well.
