The State of Emergency in the Tokyo area has been extended for another month, which means Tokyo Disney Resort is altering its operating hours starting on the 13th February, 2021, both parks will open an hour later.
“This is on top of the current 5000 guest capacity limit and the closure of dozens of shops and restaurants.”

From the 13th February to the 7th March, 2021, Tokyo Disneyland and Tokyo DisneySea will open at 10:00am instead of 9:00am. This includes the current 7:00pm closing time for both parks.
The Japanese Government has requested that those areas under the State of Emergency avoid unnecessary outings after 8:00pm.
