Fan-favourite musical stage show, The Lion King: Rhythms of the Pride Lands, returned to Disneyland Paris on the 15th August.
However, the show has now been suspended until further notice after all performances were cancelled on the 25th August.
Initially, the reason for the cancellations was due to “technical difficulties”. However, this comes on the heels of the cancellation of Jungle Book Jive at Walt Disney Studios Park.
The entire Île-de-France region, including Paris and the Disneyland Paris area, have been included in numerous travel warnings given a high number of COVID-19 cases.
At this time, there is currently no confirmation on when the show will return. Stay tuned to Orlando Theme Park Zone.
