Blumhouse Considering Making a Halloween Horror Nights Movie

Jason Blum and his team at Blumhouse are considering making a movie inspired by Halloween Horror Nights (HHN), according to Collider’s Peri Nemiroff.

During an interview with Blum and Ike Barinholtz for Blumhouse’s latest movie, The Hunt, Nemiroff asked if the movie would have a presence at Universal’s yearly event this year. Blum and Barinholtz were both excited about the idea, and from there, a possible movie for HHN was discussed.

“Yes! Definitely! We’ve actually talked about it. We haven’t quite figured it out, but there’s definitely a movie in [HHN] somewhere.”

What came to mind for us instantly was a film cantered around the one and only, Jack the Clown. Jack’s backstory would make an interesting HHN-focused movie. Do you have an idea for a HHN-inspired film? Let us know in the comments below…

…We’re all about this BTW! Please, make this happen Blumhouse!
