In light of guest concern for possible closures due to the Coronavirus outbreak, Disneyland Paris (DLP) has released a statement (via an online guest inquiry).

The statement addresses the current state of the park and the measures it is taking in order to keep the park open.

In a direct message response to a guest inquiry online, a DLP representative gave the following answer/statement regarding the possible closure:

“Disneyland Paris is open and welcomes its visitors as usual. We’re following the development of the situation in close collaboration with health authorities, whose recommendations we follow.

Disneyland Paris applies exemplary sanitation procedures, as well as high hygiene and cleanliness standards. You can check our park hours via this link: alc.cx/b3tn. Have a great day.”

It would appear the park is set to stay open despite the new regulation implemented by the French government, which forbids all public indoor gatherings of more than 5,000 people, as part of efforts to contain the country’s current Coronavirus outbreak.

No further announcements have been published on DLP’s social media accounts, or on the official website for DLP. Stay tuned to Orlando Theme Park Zone as we continue to monitor the developments in France.
