Back in January, we reported (via The DIS) that Space 220 was set to open on the 30th March, however The DIS have now been “advised” that the opening has been pushed back to the 6th April, 2020.
The delay, according to The DIS’ well-placed sources, is due to a large pane of glass getting broken during construction and needing to be specially ordered – taking approximately 8 weeks.
Once the new pane of glass arrives, the roof may need to be removed to install it.
The space-themed restaurant’s menu is still in the testing phase and it’s unknown currently when it will be released.
It’s unknown at this time when Advance Dining Reservations will open for this highly-anticipated dining location.
