Walt Disney World Resort has sent out a survey to guests who have received boarding groups for Star Wars: Rise of the Resistance (SW: ROTR), according to Twitter user @DrewDisneyDude.

The survey asks several questions, however one stood out to us: Disney asks guests their preferred choice in order ride SW: ROTR. The question reads as follows:

“Which of the following would have been your preferred choice in order to ride [SW: ROTR?”

Guests can choose from the listed below options:

  • The virtual queue system currently implemented
  • A combination of limited Disney FastPass+ selections and a traditional standby line
  • Traditional standby line – standby only

Another question on the survey referred to the issues with the attraction. Guests were asked about any challenges they experienced whilst experiencing the attraction.

For this question, guests can choose from the listed below options:

  • We were on the ride when it got interrupted and were unable to get back
  • We were waiting inside to get on the ride, but it got interrupted and we had to leave
  • Our boarding group was called, but the ride was unavailable and we were unable to ride
  • Our boarding group was called, but we didn’t go back to ride it
  • Our boarding group was never called
  • We arrived too late to join a boarding group
  • We wanted to ride, but we didn’t know about the boarding groups before we arrived at the park
  • I didn’t experience any challenges riding Star Wars: Rise of the Resistance on my previous visits
  • Other (guests can specify)

We can hope these surveys lead to some improvements to the attraction.
