Now that Christmas is behind us, we’re now starting look ahead towards New Year’s Eve!
Here’s a look at the New Year’s Eve fireworks, park hours and entertainment schedule for the theme parks at Walt Disney World Resort.
Magic Kingdom (MK)
MK Park Hours:
30th December, 2019: 8:00am to 12:00am (Extra Magic Hours: 7:00am to 8:00am, 12:00am to 2:00am
31st December, 2019: 8:00am to 1:00am (Extra Magic Hours: 7:00am to 8:000)
MK Entertainment Schedule
MK will light up the night on the above-mentioned dates with Fantasy in the Sky fireworks at 6:30pm and 11:50pm each day.
Celebration dance parties will take place in MK’s Frontierland and Tomorrowland starting at 7:00pm.
Epcot
Epcot Park Hours:
31st December, 2019: 8:00am to 1:00am
Epcot Entertainment Schedule
Epcot will celebrate the New Year as it moves around World Showcase. Each International Pavilion will offer guests a festive announcement when the clock strikes midnight in their country.
Guests can also enjoy live music at the America Gardens Theatre. Epcot Forever will have showings at 6:30pm and 11:40pm, a special countdown to 2020 will be included in the show.
Disney’s Hollywood Studios (Hollywood Studios)
Hollywood Studios Park Hours:
31st December, 2019: 6:00am to 12:00am
Hollywood Studios Entertainment Schedule
At Hollywood Studios, guests can watch Wonderful World of Animation at 6:05pm and Jingle Bell, Jingle BAM at 6:30pm. Hollywood Studios will also celebrate starting at 7:00pm on the above-mentioned date (as well as previously mention offerings mentioned above) with a dance party at Center Stage.
You can watch Star Wars: A Galactic Spectacular at 12:00am on 31st December. We can’t forget to mention that!
Disney’s Animal Kingdom (Animal Kingdom)
Animal Kingdom Park Hours:
31st December, 2019: 7:00am to 1:00am
Animal Kingdom Entertainment Schedule
Animal Kingdom will be holding a full-on Pin Trading event (on the above-mentioned date), where guests can purchase an exclusive limited edition New Year’s pin. Guests can celebrate the New Year with specially-themed food and drink throughout the park as well.
Rivers of Light: We Are One will playing at 6:30pm, 8:00pm and 11:15pm, so you’ll have plenty of chances to watch the show on the above-mentioned date. Last but by no means least! Animal Kingdom will also stay open until midnight, including a special countdown to midnight on the Tree of Life.
