The event is also known as the Walt Disney World Service Celebration aka Walt Disney Day.
The Magic Kingdom will close at 4:30pm on the 2nd December for the annual Cast Member Celebration where Disney essentially rents out the park to celebrate milestones for their Cast Members.
The iconic park will be open from 8:00am to 4:30pm. There will be no showing of Happily Ever After for day guests. Fireworks will take place at 9:30pm, but they will be exclusive to event goers.
To prepare for the event, overnight installations and audio tests will take place at the Magic Kingdom during the overnight hours of the listed dates below:
- 29th November, 20191
- 2nd December, 20191
1: possible noise intrusion in surrounding areas.
On the 2nd December, there will be increased traffic and drivers should expect delays on the roadways of the Magic Kingdom.
