It would appear that Disney have found a balance between the themed names and ease of ordering at Docking Bay 7 Food and Cargo and Ronto Roasters.
An all-new menu debuted at both mentioned dining locations with some prominent alterations. See in the photos below:

As illustrated in the above photo, Disney has implemented a “hybrid1” naming system for the menu items at Docking Bay 7 Food and Cargo and Ronto Roasters. So for example:
Smoked Kaduu Pork Ribs to Batuuan Beef Roast, there’s clearly a combination of an in theme name for instance Kaduu with a more acquainted food name like Pork.
This change is reportedly supposed to make ordering easier for guests who might not know what Kaduu is, whilst keeping a Star Wars-themed name. If guests bothered reading the description of the menu item, we wouldn’t have this issue.
Menu boards and physical menus have been updated:

Even though the dishes are not new, we repeat not new. Disney has altered the naming for the past and shrimp bowls to imitate the village names from where the dish came from. For example Surabat and Peka are local villages. Interesting…
The village of Galma is leading its name to Ronto Roasters as seen in the photo below:
