The globe of Illuminations: Reflections of Earth has now been officially retired, meaning the draw bridge1 in Epcot will no longer need to be raised for the time being.

Just to make you aware! Epcot Forever, the new temporary nighttime spectacular will debut today, 1st October, 2019. Disney will be live streaming the debut of Epcot Forever tonight; find out more here.
This temporary nighttime show will run as Disney make infrastructure changes for the next long-term-running nighttime spectacular called, HarmonioUS.
