The hot air balloon atop Mickey and Minnie’s Festival of Fantasy parade float deflated during the Magic Kingdom parade yesterday (11th November, 2025).
Approximately 14 hours ago, TikTok user @uliasick posted a video of the hot air balloon deflating and deflated. You can watch the seven-second video @uliasick posted below:

As you can see in the above video, Mickey and Minnie continued their parade choreography and waving to guests as the ballon sagged behind them. According to WDWNT, something similar happened back in March.
Even though it remained a part of the parade, there was a sizable gap as the float travelled down Main Street, U.S.A. The float had to be towed for part of the parade, so the issue went beyond the ballon.
Approximately 15 hours ago, TikTok user @bobbyasen posted a video which shows the ballon being reinflated. You can watch 33-second video @bobbyasen posted below:

As you can hear and see in the above video, the crowd cheered once the ballon was reinflated by Cast Members. HAPPILY EVER AFTER THE DEFLATION!
Festival of Fantasy is currently the Magic Kingdom’s daytime parade. The parade starts at 2:00pm. You can watch the Festival of Fantasy parade in the video below.
