According to the Orange County Clerk Court Records (OCCCR), a lawsuit has been filed by a guest who suffered serious injuries after his hand became caught on Harry Potter and the Escape from Gringotts at Universal Studios Florida.
The man’s complaint says his hand suddenly and unexpectedly became caught between the safety bar of his seat and the seat next to him causing him to “sustain serious and permanent bodily injuries.”
One of the allegations is that it was Universal failed to maintain its business premises including its attractions in reasonably safe conditions. The incident occurred on the 9th September, 2024
Law Firm of Hoskins, Turco, Lloyd & Lloyd initiated the case on the 20th August, 2025, according to the OCCCR. Stay tuned for further updates.
