According to WESH 2 News’ Parks Central, SeaWorld Orlando have filed a permit for a planned three and a half acre project. The permit was filed with South Florida Water Management District.
Via Parks Central, “The project consists of the addition of a building and will not impact the existing pond serving the project site. Proposed infrastructure includes parking, sidewalks, utilities, and drainage collection and conveyance.”
Different permits filed with Orange County list contractors who have already worked on SeaWorld Orlando attractions, including Manta and Infinity Falls.
Officials have already approved demolition and site-clearing permits for this project, which suggests work could start shortly.
Prior to this permit being filed, SeaWorld Orlando’s 2026 project already had its own thread on ParkFans.net (find here). Stay tuned as this is a developing story.
