A guest was caught smoking, watching pornography, and masturbating while riding Remy’s Ratatouille Adventure at EPCOT back in March.
At the time of the incident, Robert Fitzpatrick was arrested and charged with exposure of sexual organs, which is a misdemeanour. Last month, he pleaded no contest, according to Orange County Circuit Court records.
It turned out the guest was a wanted man at the time. According to an Orange County Sheriff’s Office (OCSO) report (via WDWNT), there were arrest warrants out for Fitzpatrick.
Fitzpatrick first came to the attention of Cast Members when he wanted to sit alone in a “rat” or the ride vehicle on the 29th March, 2023, according to the report (via WDWNT).
“Generally, guests share the cart with other people, and it was suspicious that the guest was in the cart alone,” the report said (via WDWNT).
Cast Members monitoring Remy’s Ratatouille Adventure in the surveillance room saw Fitzpatrick smoke and masturbate (touch himself). They stopped the attraction twice and made a loudspeaker announcement that smoking wasn’t permitted.
The attraction restarted, Fitzpatrick started looking at porn on his phone and put his hand down his trousers, the report said (via WDWNT). He pulled his penis out in the open and continued masturbating inside the ride vehicle.
One Cast Member said Fitzpatrick ejaculated before leaving the ride vehicle. According to the established outlet, OCSO obtained surveillance video that showed the incident.
“It should be noted, although Robert was alone inside his cart, the cart has vents open to the public and is constantly being recorded while the ride is in motion,” the report said (via WDWNT).
Once again, Fitzpatrick pleaded no contest last month, according to Orange County Circuit Court records.
