According to Orlando Theme Park News, a rumour suggests the new ‘Walt the Dreamer’ statue will be installed at EPCOT on the 1st October, 2023.
“According to a rumour we heard, the statue is currently scheduled to be installed on October 1, 2023 (weather permitting); that said guests will have to wait a little while longer before being able to see it in person, as the World Celebration neighborhood at EPCOT (which includes Dreamers Point) will begin welcoming guests this December.”
