A verbal altercation between a guest (another guest recording it) and a Cast Member at the Magic Kingdom was caught on camera and posted on TikTok.
The video was initially posted by TikTok user @srosa.xx, however, it was reportedly deleted. User @uhlayseeuh managed to snag a copy of the video and reposted it.

Please be aware, the video starts partway through the argument. As you can see in the above video, the Cast Member was clearly already frustrated with the guests involved.
Before delving into the altercation, it’s worth noting that the Cast Member was part of the Disney College Program (College Program Cast Member).
The Cast Member is in the middle of helping another guest from a different party whilst telling the altercation-involved guests to go to another merchandise cart. A man off-camera says, “just do me a [favour], watch the attitude, all right? Watch the attitude or I’ll smash all this [stuff]”, referring to all of the products on the merchandise cart.

The man adds, “Don’t play with me.” The Cast Member tells him to go ahead and smash the goods. The Cast Member reports that they can go to a different cart because she “doesn’t want to do this.” A woman states, “I’m buying from this cart.” At this point, other guests can be heard getting involved.
Even though it’s hard to hear, someone mentions the term “the hood,” and the Cast Member snaps back that she’s “real hood,” being from New Orleans (reportedly). The Cast Member continued to check out the other family and then left the area with another Cast Member escorting her.
According to WDWNT, the Cast Member turned around and shouted “Who are you play with?” and that she was feeling “f**ked up,” allegedly in response to what a guest said or did. With all that being said, the College Program Cast Member was suspended and later terminated.

Disrespectful and entitled visitors in Disney. Annoying 🤬 people are so disrespectful to CM.
She’d had enough of the rude, entitled guests that day. I hate that she lost her job though. But, the College Program has some strict regulations no matter what the guest does…
Meanwhile when I had a cast member be way too touchy with my 3 year old son and I reported it with pictures and the cast member’s name, they told me they would merely address the staff about what is appropriate touching vs what’s not appropriate.
Too many “Guest” go to Disney with an entitled attitude. It is crowded, busy, noisy, hot and sometimes difficult for those Cast Members. Cast members get yelled at, endure inappropriately touched (characters) and are verbally & physically abused on a daily basis. Every visitor thinks they are the most important person in the park and some act like real jerks. Most Cast Members do their jobs perfectly all the time and there are so many incidents of “Magical Moments” that never get focused on. Please remember how many people these cast deal with every minute, every hour, EVERY DAY. Be kind.
Absolutely! Probably hot as heck all afternoon and then having someone treat you like they were treating her. Still no excuse for her reaction but really sad she lost her college program job 😢 The guests should be ashamed for pushing the mark and acting so immaturity as well.
The out pouring of support for this cast member on social media has been amazing. I feel for her. Disney is not an easy place to work at. I was lucky where I was placed in my CP where I could just walk away in situations like this. Guest was wrong here for enticing her, they knew what they were doing.
The guest was a coward for hiding. She knew she was in the wrong, but now actual justice can’t be served for this poor cp. Really Wish someone was able to find this srosa.xx individual and the guy so karma could be delivered. Should make the title “Help me find this trashy, disrespectful, toxic family.”
