This supposedly occurred yesterday at Islands of Adventure.
According to a recent post on Reddit, The Incredible Hulk Coaster at Universal’s Islands of Adventure was evacuated after losing power yesterday.
FYI: The information was posted in a thread on the fan-run Universal Orlando Resort community page of the social media platform.
Almost 13 hours ago, user u/B2utyyo started the thread titled ‘Hulk was evacuated today due [to] the ride losing power’ with the following:
“OCFD had to be called in for rescue because the cars got stuck so they couldn’t evacuate guests. All guests and personal have been evacuated by the OCFD.”

The thread had several interesting replies about other Islands of Adventure attractions being down. You can read a number of them below:

Going by the above replies, it’s fair to say it was a crazy day at Islands of Adventure yesterday.
