As with any kind of rumour, this information should be considered unofficial until Universal Orlando officially confirms.
According to WDWNT’s Justin Giglio, a new rumour suggests that the Betty Boop Store in Toon Lagoon at Universal’s Islands of Adventure may become a new Annual Passholder Lounge next year.
“Universal Orlando Annual Passholders can escape the crowds and kick back in their own exclusive lounge at Universal Studios Florida, and now we’ve heard rumors a new lounge could be coming to Islands of Adventure sometime in 2023.”
Justin Giglio, WDWNT
Additional quote:
“We have heard it will reopen during the holidays for merchandise and, if all goes according to plan, the shop will close again after the holidays and then be transformed into a new UOAP Lounge sometime next year.”
Justin Giglio, WDWNT
FYI: The Betty Boop Store is currently closed for refurbishment.
Once again, as with any kind of rumour, this information should be considered unofficial until Universal Orlando officially confirms.
