Revenge of the Mummy at Universal Studios Florida is currently closed for refurbishment, construction walls surround the courtyard of the attraction.
The indoor roller coaster’s closure is expected to last over six months, with it potentially reopening in late Summer.
New signage applied to the construction walls is now advertising a new store coming to Revenge of the Mummy’s gift shop.
As the photo below shows, the signage and a special display can be found at the corner of the construction walls, near Sahara Traders:
The photo below offers a closer look at the sign, which reads “Universal Studios Monsters. A Tribute to the Creatures of the Night”:
As the photo below shows, a skeletal mummy standing on some crates is on display*:

Sahara Traders Team Members told a WDWNT contributor that the store would temporarily become dedicated to Universal’s Classic Monsters while Revenge of the Mummy is closed.
An exact opening date for the tribute store is unknown, however, Team Members suggest guests can expect its arrival within the next couple of weeks.
