A new aerial photo from Twitter user @bioreconstruct shows that the Fantasmic lagoon remains drained at Disney’s Hollywood Studios.
As a friendly reminder, all nighttime spectaculars have been put on hold due to social distancing limitations.
The photo above appears to show no social distancing markers installed in the theater, even though Disney continues to maintain the space.
Disney has not indicated when nighttime spectaculars might return, however fireworks being cut in favour of project shows for the upcoming holiday season suggests to us that we won’t experience nighttime spectaculars until next year.
FUN FACT: The lagoon around the show’s stage holds 1.9 million gallons of water.
