Damn it Emperor Palpatine! We said no more lightning play!
Twitter user @Austin_Cop_17 posted a video which shows a large lightning bolt striking one of the lightning rods embedded throughout the taller points of Star Wars: Galaxy’s Edge at Disney’s Hollywood Studios.
Moments before the lightning strikes, you can hear the recognisable “whirring of the machinery throughout the Resistance Forest.”
In a split second, the lightning bolt strikes, with the camera flashing to white and the audio cutting out due to the nearby impact. Watch below:
