Argument Over Cutting in FastPass Line at Space Mountain Leads to Fight at Magic Kingdom

According to an Orange County Sheriff incident report, a 44-year-old New Jersey (NJ) woman accused of cutting in the Fastpass Line at Space Mountain started arguing with a Canadian couple.

The argument became physical, essentially a fight ensued, according to the July 2019 incident report. After riding the iconic Magic Kingdom attraction, the 44-year-old woman left and saw the couple leaving at the same time.

She told her husband what had happened, that’s when the NJ woman’s husband began chasing them in his wheelchair, according to the incident report.

The husband apparently hit1 the other man in the chest with his cane, strong enough to leave a red mark, according to the incident report.

1: It’s fair to report that the woman from NJ said she was elbowed and pushed in the face.

The actions of the NJ woman’s husband was enough for him to be banned from Walt Disney World. The Canadian couple decided not to press criminal charges.
