Iconic Bridge Near Past Parking Lot Entrance of Hollywood Studios to Be Demolished

Original Post: For a number of years, guests that enter the parking lot of Disney’s Hollywood Studios had to drive under a bridge featuring a themed portal that welcomed them to the park.

A recent advisory released by the Walt Disney World Resort, this iconic structure will be demolished in the near future.

To allow crews to start working on this project, the entrance to the Cast Member parking lot (which is serviced by a road that goes straight under the bridge) will only be accessible from Osceola Parkway starting on Tuesday 5^th November.

To enter the Cast Member parking lot from World Drive, drivers will need to exit onto eastbound Osceola Parkway (towards ESPN Wide World of Sports Complex), make a legal U-turn at Victory Way and enter the BB-8 parking lot from Osceola Parkway.
