Reimagining of Universal Orlando’s Horror Make-Up Show at Universal Studios Florida Delayed

Universal Orlando’s Horror Make-Up Show at Universal Studios Florida will remain open for now, but it will still close, and “enhancements” are still “planned”.

One week ago, we reported that the Horror Make-Up Show would close on the 4th January, 2025. It was confirmed that a “reimagined” version of the show was going to debut later in the year.

However, plans have now changed, and the show will remain open for now. You can read a brief statement from Universal Orlando (via WDWNT) below:

“The timeline for the planned enhancements and temporary closure of the Horror Make-Up Show has shifted, and the current show will remain open at this time. Additional details about plans for the Horror Make-Up Show will be shared at a later time.”
