Please keep an eye on your children parents! Watch a child pull the tail of a Tigger character at the Magic Kingdom in the video below.

As you can see in the above video, the child’s mother is filming what her child is doing. After realising what happened, Tigger swiftly turns around and walks away.
In the comment section of the Instagram-posted video, user @madam_hyde explained what happens after Tigger’s tail was pulled. You can read @madam_hyde’s comment in full below:
“As someone who once played Tigger at Disney, I know what exactly what happened here. The tail is strapped directly around the performer’s waist. It’s a Velcro belt. By pulling the tail like that, the child either undid the belt or broke it, sending Tigger to return backstage in order to reattach it.”
The video should act as a friendly reminder for parents to talk to your children about character interactions and what is/isn’t appropriate.

Back in September, 2025, a child pulled a Mickey Mouse character to the ground at Disney’s Hollywood Studios.
Back in 2023, a child ran into the Woody character during a procession in Toy Story Land at Disney’s Hollywood Studios.
