Multiple new lawsuits have been filed against Universal and Mack rides by guests who claim they sustained injuries whilst riding Stardust Racers at Universal’s Epic Universe.

According to WESH 2 NEWS, they are alleging negligence in Stardust Racers design, operation, maintenance, and control.

Attorney Nichoas Spetsas filed the lawsuits, with each plaintiff claiming that whilst riding the Celestial Park-located attraction their heads shook violently and repeatedly due to improper restraint of their head, neck and spine, resulting in severe and permanent injuries.

Injuries listed in each lawsuit include severe neck pain, paralysis, disability, mental anguish, and loss of capacity for the enjoyment of life.
